Throughout her career she has placed 500+ professionals across VC-backed startups, PE-backed companies, and Fortune 500 organizations, building teams that drive growth and innovation.Previously, as CEO of Venture For America, she guided programs that launched 1,500+ entrepreneurial careers, leading to the founding of 350+ companies that raised nearly $1 billion. At Vertical Knowledge, she nearly doubled the headcount of the PE-backed data intelligence company prior to their acquisition by BabelStreet.Earlier in her career, Carrie placed C-suite leaders with Daversa Partners for companies like Snap, Shazam and Angie’s List, recruited top talent for Goldman Sachs, and launched a high-impact talent service at The Ladders that scaled to serve over 1,700 recruiters.Carrie’s experience spans recruiting and leadership roles at industry-defining organizations.
